The origin story
It all began at the turn of the century, when I created a short documentary about my father who turned eighty in 2000. He had been a well-known sportsman in Ireland. It was a fun project, and it piqued my interest in filmmaking. I was hooked, and it has been a passion ever since.

My Most Memorable Project
I've enjoyed all of the projects that I've worked on. The one that stands out is "Countdown To Sanctuary Wood". About a Ladner lad who fought & died in The Great War. Retracing his journey through England & Belgium was fascinating & rewarding. The premiere that we hosted at a local theatre was a very memorable night.

Pen & Ink sketches
I've been interested in sketching & drawing for the last thirty years. In the past eighteen months, I've tried to produce a sketch every day.
The results vary wildly, but I'm enthusiastic :) I use a variety of images as references, finding some great faces in the Obit pages. Who knew?
I'm also keen on architecture.
In recent months, I've started to use an iPad for some of the sketches. You'll find a few of them at the end of the slideshow.
